I had an hour to kill before heading to the hotel where I was (supposed to be) meeting the group for my scheduled Bosphorus tour, which I spent browsing the Spice Market, behind the New Mosque. It's smaller than the famous Grand Bazaar, but still dizzying -- hundreds of stalls selling carpets and silks, candy and teas. Even some spices.
