Here's a house finch, rapidly reddening for spring.
I'm traveling again (finally) next weekend -- flying to Istanbul Saturday, and then to Tehran the following Wednesday, so this is probably my last Central Park shot until May. I'm thrilled with a dash of terrified to be going to Iran, but after seeing pictures of people dancing in the streets of Tehran to celebrate the new nuclear agreement and a possible end to sanctions, I do think I couldn't be going at a more interesting time.
