I don't quite have my head in an autumn mindset, despite the crisp October weather, since I'm necessarily focused on just how many pairs of cotton slacks I'm likely to sweat through in the tropics and how often I can reasonably get laundry done.
But October still means apples, and apple cider. This is Lana, who provides both from her wonderful farm stand on West 43rd Street.
