Dinner

After meeting for drinks in the bar and another opportunity to get to know one another, we went upstairs to the dining room, where two long tables were laid out with flowers and candles and napkins folded into the shapes of birds.

For starters, we had a choice between stuffed mushrooms and crocodile Thermidor. Obviously, I had the crocodile. And yes, it tasted like chicken.
