Largo das Portas do Sol
This is one of the many miradauros, or lookout points, in Lisbon -- the city has so many hills that once you've managed to straggle up to the top of them you might as well have a comfortable place to appreciate the views.
Which I did. There's a small cafe, and I had an espresso and looked out over the red-tiled roofs of Alfama tumbling down the hill to the river.
