This is the Old Town of Stockholm, where the palace and the cathedral (which has the wonderfully Swedish name of Storkyrkan -- The Big Church -- and which is where the royal wedding of the crown princess will be taking place in a few weeks) are located. I am assuming that this phone actually works, because everything in Sweden seems to work, and that it's deliberately retro because it's in the old town. Or that it's a joke and I didn't get it.
