Here's another view of my favorite not-quite-a-planet Pluto, taken by the New Horizons spacecraft last year.
This is the North Pole, bearing an unnerving resemblance to a meringue baked to a perfect golden brown crust. (If you're in the habit of making your meringues from frozen methane gas, of course.)
