She lies

That's the name of this sculpture by Monica Bonvicini that lies in the harbor by the Opera House.

I thought when I first saw it that it looked like a shipwreck, but it's actually meant to be ice, a three-dimensional interpretation of a Romantic German painting.

I like it very much, and I'm glad to have a functioning camera to get decent pictures of it.
