I haven't posted a picture of a taillight in a long time, but I'm no less obsessed with them -- I have an entire series on Flickr of nothing but headlight and taillight pictures.
They're a perfect example of how something mundane, looked at carefully and closely, becomes strange and beautiful.

ReplyDeleteMay I simply just say what a comfort to discover somebody who genuinely understands what they're talking about on the internet. You certainly know how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More people need to check this out and understand this side of your story. I can't believe you aren't more popular because you definitely have the gift.
